For those of you who don't know about them, the Fat Boys are a group of men who met at Western Michigan University.  

 It all began innocently enough when they met each other in 1994 and 1995 in Eldridge Hall.
After that they got some apartments together at Concord Place and the fun really started.
They have dispersed to many different locations now, but they still get together and have a good time whenever possible.
 

There are only a few simple requirements for membership in this group:
 

• You must weigh over 200 pounds!  (At sea level, on Earth).
• You must be over 6 feet tall
• You must have an undying love of the Outdoors, Hunting, Fishing, and good BEER!
• You must appreciate Cigars and Whiskey.
• You better own a couple of firearms.
• Go purchase yourself a good Whack-chete!
• Favorite Color:  Camouflage
• You probably should have lived with us at Concord Place a couple years back.

 

Believe it or not, they were all Honors Students in technical fields!  (Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Biomed, etc....)
 
 

We tend to find anything we can outdoors to do, and try it out.  We hunt, fish, camp, hike, canoe, etc... together, and have a pretty good time doing it.  You can usually recognize us because we are large (noted above) and usually dressed in woodland BDU pants and black T-shirts.
